Project Coordinator, Market Research
Rivel’s TrendLign division is currently seeking a motivated Project Coordinator, Market Research to work in a fully remote or hybrid capacity if local to Westport, CT.

About You
This mid-level position requires a driven, organized and detail-oriented individual who can successfully use their project management experience to oversee the research activities of multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while effectively communicating with clients. This broad-based, client-facing role will allow the project coordinator to experience all facets of our research methodology, practice and product creation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independent project management of assigned research projects, including defining project scope, objectives and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations and delivering exceptional client service throughout project lifecycle while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Design and develop research questionnaires, oversee client fieldwork and sample creation and analyze data sets.
- Support the client relationship manager through various stages in the project lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (Market Research experience and/or Finance coursework a plus)
- 2+ years of market research and/or project management experience
- Experience with questionnaire development/programming, database management and a working knowledge of financial markets are helpful
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and Salesforce
- Familiarity with using AI tools such as Microsoft CoPilot and/or ChatGPT
- Service-oriented, flexible, analytical, and enthusiastic team player

The base range of compensation for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. Compensation for this position is adjusted based on skill, effort, responsibility, education, training, credentials, geographic location, working conditions and/or experience.
