  • Evaluate, prioritize, and manage technology projects, vendors, software investments, and external technology partners.
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor to leadership and represent Rivel on the technical and operational aspects of client security and compliance discussions.
  • Partner with Legal to evaluate the security, privacy, contractual, and regulatory implications of new technologies, vendors, data uses, and business initiatives.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop internal IT staff and developers.
  • Implement and maintain technical controls, documentation, and processes that support applicable security, privacy, contractual, and governance requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong expertise in information security, cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure, networking, and identity and access management.
  • Demonstrated hands-on software development experience, including coding, scripting, APIs, systems integrations, workflow automation, database or data-processing solutions, and business application development.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, vendors, and complex technology initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience supporting security audits, client questionnaires, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands, make practical risk-based decisions, and remain hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
